End of Life Care!

From childhood to young age, from young age to mid age, from mid age to old age all the time we care about our life. But have we ever thought of what about after when we become too old and even we can not move from our own, can't eat from our own, can not speak much then who will be caring us and how? And even if in that situation we leave your body, what will be the next and which form of body you will get, are you sure to get human form of body? This is why you should be very careful from our childhood to maintain your consciousness to remember Krishna as Lord Krishna says in Bhagwad Gita 8.5 अन्तकाले च मामेव स्मरन्मुक्त्वा कलेवरम् | य: प्रयाति स मद्भावं याति नास्त्यत्र संशय: || 8.5||  And whoever, at the end of his life, quits his body remembering Me alone at once attains My nature. Of this there is no doubt. But it is not so easy to remember Krishna at the time of death, when we are not aware of how much pain we are going to suffer, and in what condition we will be, in what moo...

Happy 75th independence Day

Wish you all a very happy 75th independence Day. As it is mentioned in our Vedic scripture the land Bharata was whole world in ancient time and after years time after time it becomes only India now. The Bharat is known for its different culture,  traditions, rituals, and many more but still there was  integrity in diversity reason because of their goal was same. If we are focused on our goal then our role is no more important. And it is our responsibility to spread our own culture, spirituality and wisdom from our vedic scripture to others. On 13th of August 1965 Srila Prabhupada went to America before 57 years to give the same message to the Americans and the whole world what they lacking for. They were having lots of prosperity, opulence, freedom and many more but still they were missing peace and happiness in their life and that is the major necessitates of every human being, Srila Prabhupada taught them how to become happy and peaceful by accepting simple living and h...

Happy Balrama Jayanti

Tomorrow i.e 12th Aug we are celebrating Sri Balrama Jaynti the appearance day of Lord Balrama.  Lord Balrama is none different than Lord Krishna as it is mentioned in many scriptures i.e. Srimad Bhagvatam, Sri Chaitanya Charitamrita and many more but the only difference is of color as Lord Balrama looks golden complexion but Lord Krishna is in blackish complexion. There is also one difference in Lord Balrama and Lord Krishna, Lord Balrama is a serving Lord and Lord Krishna is master Lord. Lord Balrama always ready to serve Lord Krishna even though He is younger or elder does not matter. In Tretayug we see Lord Balrama as Laxmana and he server Lord Rana for throughout his life and in Dwapar yuga when he become elder brother of Lord Krishna then too He was serving to Krishna to protect from all the dangers. Lord Balrama is known as many names i.e. Anantshesha, Baldau, Laxman, Rohini Nandana, Haldhar, Sankarshan etc. He is also known as Adi-Guru who teaches us how to serve Lord Krish...

Why Scriptures are important in our life?

One person was debating, I do know everything how to live my life and I am very happy with it, why do I require any guidance from scripture. I asked him, do you keep your health check regularly? He replied, Yes! Of course I do. Then why do you go to doctor to check up your health regularly if you already caring of your diets and other things? I asked him. He replied, because doctor knows it very well and remind me if something goes wrong in my regular diet and ask me to correct it. I replied him, same way although we know everything, but when we accept scripture in our life it reminds us time to time when we forget something. Finally he agreed and accept, yes it is true we can't remember everything at a time but when we read scripture regularly then it reminds us what to do and what not to do. Srila Prabupada used to quote to their disciples, If you read my books regularly you will never fall down, my books will always protect you. One should understand the importance of our Vedic ...

Never miss this golden opportunity!

In sports when player perform well he is in the team and he get chance to play the match which is very much important for that team. And if he continue his performance then he get rewards and maintain it constantly and always take care of nothing goes wrong. It is a big responsibility for a player if he is performing well and got a chance to play in the winning team. Same way it's an golden opportunity for us to get a chance in 8.4 million species in the form a of human being and if we do not take it seriously and just waste it for eating and sleeping then we never know when will get this chance again. Whatever we are getting in this life is a fruitive result of our past lives,  and what we do in this life is preparation of our future life. We should never think our wealth, health, prosperity and all is earned by us in this life only it is an big illusion for us. Lord Brahma in Srimad Bhagwatam Canto 3.8 explained a swan and a crow are from same species but there is a lot of differ...

Wish you all a very happy Guru Purnima!

I would like to wish you all on this Guru Purnima, this is mentioned in our Vedic Scriptures that Guru is the only one who make a living being to true human being. Without Guru no one is capable enough to cross this ocean of darkness in this world. It is mentioned in Srimad Bhagwatam Lord Brahma considered to be the first living entities in this universe having four mouths were trying to find the truth but after his all efforts from long time he failed to do so then he accepted Lord Vishnu as his Guru. Why we celebrate Guru Purnima? Guru Purnima is an auspicious day of Srila Vyasdeva (Krishna Dwaipayan Vyas) appearance who is none other than Lord Krishna's incarnation, he is in the form of Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. that is why we see in the shloka while glorifying Srila Vyasdeva as; गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णु गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरा गुरुर्साक्षात परब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः।   Srila Vyasdeva is son of a great sage PArasara Muni and mother Satyavati, from his child...
