Goddess Durga is mother and in charge of this material world and she has power to give us facility to be a devotee of Lord Krishna or suffer in this material world. Here is one incident I am sharing where mother Parvati (Durga) talking to Lord Shiva and asking about after Lord Shiva completed His penance of 1000 years. Mother Parvati asked whom you meditate all the time and become happy let me know the secret of it. Lord Shiva smiled and replied to Mother Parvati I always meditate on Lord Vishnu, who is worship able to all and that is the reason I always be happy.
