We sleep or we are in awaking state does not matter, our restless mind keep moving here and there and never sit idle. In Bhagwad Gita, Lord Krishna says to Arjuna, "Mind is our best friend and worst enemy. So now the question is how can it be our Good friend? and how can we train it to work in right direction?
