World Mental Health Day

When it comes to the health whether it is body or mind a person needs both to be healthy. Time is changing and people are running behind the money and thing which is damaging their mental health day by day.

According to the survey most of mental health arises because of dried relationship, people wrongly get into the relations where the other person does not care about his emotions.

Secondly work pressure and working environment, some people says, love what you do but will it work for long run? If a person does not like what is working for so would he like it in future even he feel bored day by day.

Third is people are trying to become happy by person or a things, but our Vedic scriptures says if you become to attached with any person or a things in this world you become miserable after sometimes from that person or thing.

So, one may ask what is the solution for it?

Yes, Our Vedic Scripture has solution for everything. If one keep little faith on it and apply in their life, they will be healthy from mind as well as body level.

Here are five steps to overcome from mental stress:

1. Pranayam: Pranayam will help a lot to be stress free. One should at least do regular Pranayam for 5-10 mins without fail.

2. Prayer: Prayer is very powerful tool for any human being, if a person pray with proper attitude then surely he can release all his distress. We can say from scripture how Gajendra prayer accepted, Draupadi prayer accepted, Dhruva Maharaj prayer accepted.

3. Pen Down: If you are in very stressful situation then you must do one thing without speaking single words. Just write what is going inside your heart and mind and after some times you feel your all negative energy get destroyed and you feel very much relaxed.

4. Present: Try to be in present most of the people think about past or future they never be in present and that is the reason they become mentally weak. One should try to be in present like while eating enjoy and relish the taste of your foods, while walking see nature and hear chirping sounds of the birds,  enjoy bath etc.

5. Phone: Last but not the least phone is a very dangerous tool to make our life miserable and mentally weak. One should deal with it as less as much possible.  People are addicted too much to their phone even they can't eat, drink, sleep, walk and work without it. And as per the survey it is hampering not only our mental health but also destroying our productivity.

Please feel free to share your feedback/comments.
