Disciplined Life Vs Undisciplined Life

Sometimes we feel if there is no authority upon us then we can have a free and personal life and no one can interfere into my personal interest.

A disciplined life seems to be very much boundary around us but if we see it might be little difficult in initial phase but once we used to be in discipline it gives us inner strength and positive way to live a healthy life, for example waking up early in the morning in academic period seems to very painful for every child but if a child regularly wake up then it becomes his habit and when he grow in his life he manage all his works on time. Because waking up early not only gives a good memory but also gives a healthy life one can manage his day very well.

But if we see the child who do not wake up in the morning thinking I should sleep more and no one stop him to sleep then his life become miserable after certain time of period.

He does not only disturb from his poor health but also he fail to manage his task as well. Because one who do not start his day early can only become a lazy busy person, want to finish everything at a time and become multitasking which is very dangerous to our mind and body.

That is why our Vedic Scriptures always warn to live a Disciplined Life rather than living Undisciplined Life. Only a human form of life can be a regulated life you can never regulate any animal to be in discipline.

One who want to success in their life must accept a Disciplined life. Undisciplined Life gives you pleasure for sometimes but later you have to lamentation on it. It is good to be careful, even if it may not seem necessary, in order to avoid problems.

Life is a preparation, death is an examination

We participate in so many exams in our life, and get the results as per our preparation for that exams. But most of the exams we have option, whether to attempt it or not? But there is one exam in our life which we may ignore saying we will see when it would come in our life, but we all have to attempt we don't have any choice, whether we are poor,  rich,  educated or illiterate. Srila Prabhupada used to say, this life is our preparation how we are preparing our-self for coming exam.  Because that exam has no prior time table, no time period, no grace marks, and no cheat sheet allowed. And you may be surprise to know, all our activities are recorded by Yamduta for our each and every moments with evidence. Yes, Yamduta will show your answer sheet and you can review it, whether he has marked you in correct way or not? You are successful, if you are passed your exams but if you are failed then you don't know when you will have to reattempt that exam (it could be after 84 laces bir

Be Humble - Time can change everything

When we get name, fame and power we puffed by the false ego and become arrogant to the people and think no one is greater than me. But our history says, who were arrogant, time has collapsed all of them. None of us can say, I can beat the time and can go against it. We all are under control of Time as Lord Krishna has already stated in the Bhagwad Gita (I am the time and eveything is under my control). But due to our false ego we do not accept this fact become arrogant with other people instead of becoming humble with them. Who was "King of Good times" now became "King of bad times", so easily we can understand time make us King or Beggar. So we should be always being humble with the people in our Good times and take blessings from them for our bad times, but we do exactly opposite of it, we become arrogant in Good times and seek for blessings in our bad times. But what is the use of it, when you hurt someone, you lose sympathy from that person's heart.

A visit to GEV

Srila Prabhupada was very much concerned about modern life style and he always used to tell his disciples, only building temples are not enough to live a pure Krishna Conscious way of life along with it we must follow our Vedic Culture and in our Vedic Culture we were fully dependent on Cows and Lands but in modern age we have rejected both and result we are not getting healthy foods and milk products. So we have to build Farm Communities where we can live a healthy life and in minimum amount of time we can produce grains, vegetables, fruits and milk products etc. and rest of the time they can do their devotional service. Milk and Grains can not be produced in factories and for this we require Cows and Lands. Govardhan Ecovillage is a project of International Society for Krishna Consciousness. The project is owned and managed by ISKCON Wada, Maharashtra. It is the result of an ardent desire of H.H.Radhanath Swami Maharaj to fulfill the dream of his beloved guru, His Divine
