Add value in your life

In our Vedic Scriptures Mahabharata it is mentioned that a human form of life does not meant for only eating, sleeping, mating and defending if one is doing only these four things he is no better than animals.

आहार-निद्रा-भय-मैथुनं च समानमेतत्पशुभिर्नराणाम् ।

धर्मो हि तेषामधिको विशेषो धर्मेण हीनाः पशुभिः समानाः ॥

Human form of life means to have a better purpose in our life, if one does not do good for his own welfare and not gives something good to the society he is simply wasting his life although he is living a very prosperous life.

There are some principles in our life and if one try to follow, surely he will live a better life.

1. Service Attitude: One should try to serve others in a very respective mood and by doing this continuously he develop humility and remove false ego . Service towards devotee of Lord Krishna is the best service and that should be our first priority. Reason is we can not directly serve to Krishna as our heart is very much polluted with Lust, Anger, Greed and False ego but if we try to serve devotee of Krishna then Krishna please by our service and shower His mercy upon us.

2. Gratitude towards others: One should never forget if I am successful today there are many people involved into it directly or in-directly and we must show our gratitude towards them.

Showing our gratitude towards others not only make us humble but also we receive so much blessings for our future goal.

3. Simple living and High thinking: One must know that the life we have received is a very precious gift of Lord Krishna and if we simply waste it by gratifying our senses then it is like plowing a field by golden plow.

Srila Prabhupada used to quote, one should live his life such a way that one can maintain his material as well as spiritual both life . One should work only to maintain his good health and family and rest of the time he should do spiritual practice .

4. Compassion towards others: In this world people are suffering from stress, depression, addiction and dry relations but they do not know how can they rectify it. It is the duty of a person who is little advanced in spiritual practice, go and preach them to start practicing Bhakti Yoga a work with devotion to please Krishna. And if one try to please Krishna by doing his prescribed duties surely attain peace and harmony in his life.

5. Beware from Illusion: If one is thinkin if I get that thing I will be happy and working hard day and night to get that thing by spoiling his health is in complete illusion.

By seeing others we get carried away and think if I too have those things I must feel happy but we do not try to know the person who has that things is still in miserable condition.

One should be enough intelligent to understand these all are traps of maya (illusion) and one must escape from it and that is only possible when we are in shelter of Lord Krishna as "Where there is Krishna there will be no Maya because Krishna is like Sun and Maya is like Dark and where there is Sun there will be no darkness."

If one try to follow little bit of it in his life he must add some value in his life because he is following Dharma and result his life will be successful.

Hare Krishna!

Nectar in the beginning but Poison in end

He was young and belonging from rich family, he entered into the compartment and seated next to me.  Long and stylist hair, branded watch on wrist, iPhone in hand but he was loosing his control.
