Change your life from Digital to Spiritual

As per Internet survey a person spend his average time more than 80 percent on his cell phones using digital media, games and movies. Understanding the behavior of human being most of the social media company are changing their strategy time to time, how to engage people more than on their app or website and for that purpose they change features as well as attractive advertisement and photos on time and demand.

In human brain their is a tendency to get appreciation and likes to hear from others what he does and there is dopamine kicks arises in our brain to check likes and appreciation in the forms of comments and sharing photos and videos.

That is why people used to upload their best photos and videos on Facebook and Instagram to attract people and check more than 50-100 times in a day to know how many people liked and shared their pictures.

That is why most of the people are starting their day from phone when they wake up in the morning, they want something new via social media apps, if they don't they feel nervous.

This digital addiction not only spoiling our relationship but also we are going away from our social family life, reason we are becoming more digital than real.

As per survey it not just only wastage of our time but also impact on our health, as most of the people keep their phone in night with them and watch movies, Netflix etc till late night and wake up late in morning.

One thing we must ask from our-self, are we using phones or phones are using us?

The best way to get out of this Digital ghost is to keep your phone away with you for sometimes in a day and have a good association, be with real and spiritual friend, read Vedic Scriptures like Ramayana, Mahabharta, Srimad Bhagwatam, Nector of Devotion, Ishopnishad, Krisha- The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Bhagwad Gita etc.

Go to natural places like forests, rivers, mountains, visit pilgrimage, visit near by temple sit some time have deity worship, feed cow, help needy people, teach small children from your society, spend some time with elder people.

There are so many things to do in our life beyond this virtual life but if we are stuck into the virtual life how can we come out in the reality?

Being Spiritual not only help us to get rid of Digital Ghost but also keep our Body and Mind healthy.

If you want to know more about it, we will help you, how to be!
