Don't keep yourself in denial situation

Many of the times we deny and do not accept what we are, and that is the major problem in today's world with every individual.

Many so called successful people live in a denial situation and they do not accept what exactly they are, result they live a lonely life & disconnect themselves from the world. They try to create their own world where people accept them what they expect from them. But it won't work for a long run.

We must know who we are from inside and for that we should have to start practicing Bhakti Yoga (the best yoga for modern age).

Bhakti yoga keeps a person awaking and reveal the truth what actually he is, and then he accept and live in real life & do not live in denial situation.

Many of the people due to false ego do not accept the reality, they try to deny the situation and people and sometimes they do what even we could not accept from the ordinary people.

Denial comes from when we forgot out real identity and live in illusion and then our identity crisis starts, we could not understand who we are?

Ravana was living his life in denial , he never accepted his own faults he always blame others to correct himself, he never accepted advise of their elders. Finally when his all relatives and soldiers died in battle filed, he accepted the truth by saying, "Vibhisana and people were right." But now there is no scope of bringing back to his armies and relatives when everything is lost in the war.

The same thing happens with us also, when we live in denial situation we do not accept people advise and do whatever we want and finally when everything is lost and time is gone we realize our own mistakes.

We should associate with the people who are Krishna Consciousnesses and tell us to improve our own Consciousnesses  and accept the way we are. And parallel we also need to read Bhagwad Gita to know the truth, who we are? what are connections with all living entities and God?
