Are you Overthinking?

Many people think so much but they don't find the way, what is the outcome of this overthinking? People in this world thinks I am the controller and planner of each and everything happening around me and that is the reason they plan so much for their future life and forgot to live in present.

If you think of beyond the limit, you will be suffering from overthinking and it will steal peace from your life.

Here are the best way to come out of Overthinking:

1. Have full faith in Krishna's plan: We think we are the only manager but Krishna is the super manager on top of everyone. If some plans does not work as per our thinking then don't be frustrated have faith in Krishna, Krishna always has some better plan for us.

2. Do not sit idle: If we sit idle our mind start working on it and if we do not engage our-self in some good activities surely our mind think of future or past activities.

3. Fill your mind with positive things: If there is a water in glass then glass is considered to be filled with water but if glass is only half full then there is half air filled in glass. Same way if we do not think positive our mind start thinking negative things that is why it is very much important to think positive always. Somehow or others try to divert your mind to positive thoughts.

4. Associate with positive minded people: If your associate with positive minded people you only think of positive and you can also encourage others with positive and the same with negative minded people they filled your mind with negative things. So, Choose your circle wisely before going in to the deep relations because it will take you forward in your life.

5. Chanting of Mahamantra: Mantra means controlling the mind and that is why we must take shelter of Mahamantra. If we chant holy name of Lord Krishna then our mind will be filled up with positive thought.

These are the way we can come out of over thinking. Please try it and let's share your feedback/comments on same.
