Be in the present!

Day before yesterday one person asked about how to live a anxiety free life? And I was thinking this is not the question of only one person, but many of the people are suffering from it.

A big problem with all of us in present age is, we always think of too much about past and future.

One shouldn't be either busy introspecting too much in the past or one shouldn't be planning too much for the future. If we do too much both the things, we lose to be live in the present.

If we are constantly engaged in thoughts about past (we will always be in grief)  & if we think too much of future planning (we will always in fear). So one should be in present.

And that is why one should take shelter of Bhagwat Gita, who teaches us how to live in present and be from anxiety.

In glories of Bhagwad Gita Adi Guru Shankaracharya has stated;

गीता शास्त्रं इदं पुण्यं यः पठेत् प्रयतः पुमान् ।

विष्णोः पादं अवाप्नोति भय शोकादि वर्जितः ।।

When a person reads, recites or studies with proper attention this auspicious Shastra, Bhagavad gita, he will attain the feet of Sri Vishnu and will become free from free, worries and all other problems.

In the age of quarrel and tension if we want to live anxiety free life, we must read Bhagwad Gita and see the change within.

Be in association of devotees, surrender to Krishna, follow instructions given by Krishna in Bhagwad Gita, do your best and leave the rest is the formula to live a anxiety free life.

Please feel free to share your feedback/comments.
