Happy Guru Purnima

Guru means who transform our heart from ignorance with true knowledge. Finding a Guru is a very difficult task, it is said that when Lord becomes pleased and see a real seeker is searching for true Guru, He send Guru in our life.

When Guru enters in our life, we become enlighten by true knowledge just by the mercy of our Spiritual master. By serving the Guru we can progress in our life and can reach very soon at advanced stage.

We can serve our Guru by two ways, by following their instructions and by serving them physically. But it is better to serve our Guru by following their instructions whole life instead of serving physically (because it may not be possible for every individual).

But in modern world we see, people who get some material knowledge or learn some technology accept their teacher as Guru and that is not even wrong but the real Guru is who teaches us the knowledge from which we can get rid of birth and death cycle.

In old days there was no such difference in Teacher and Guru because they used to teach both the knowledge to their disciples material as well as spiritual, that is why calling Guru to them was very suitable but in modern era we only get material knowledge from our school or college teachers that is why we need to find the real Guru in our life who can teach us the real value of our life.

On the holy occasion of Guru Purnima we put our obeisances on the lotus feet of our spiritual master and seek mercy from them, on this auspicious day Vyasdeva (incarnation of Lord Krishna) who composed Vedic scriptures to the human society for their welfare.

On this holy day I would like to thanks every individual who contributed their life making our life successful and taught good lessons to utilize in our life to get success in our spiritual path.

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णु गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरा

गुरुर्साक्षात परब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः।

Wish you all a very happy Guru Purnima.
