An Ocean can not drown the ship until we do not allow the water into the ship

There is a saying, All the water in the Ocean can not drown the ship as long as we do not allow the water into the ship. Same way, no one can disturb us until we do not allow the person to create disturbance in our life. But due to our weakness at body level, mind level and intelligence level we can not understand the situation and we get dragged into it.

Here we are going to discuss about, how can we keep away from out side disturbance created by people and situations by simply following just five steps/

To live an undisturbed life, we have to follow these 5 steps:

1. Body level: A person should never keep himself in alone in four wall, a person should go for a walk in morning and evening spent some time in sunlight and healthy air.

2. Mental Level: We must have one friend whom  we can share our thoughts and take some chill pill.

3. Intelligence Level : We should spend some time reading our Vedic Scriptures i.e. Bhagwad Gita, Ramayana, Srimad Bhagwatam etc which sharp our intelligence and give power to discriminate good and bad things in our life.

4.Social Level: We should never take too much pressure on anything what is happening around us as His Holiness Radhanath Swami Maharaj says, "Never take this material world so seriously.", we must keep some time for our-self to just talk to our own self. We should never keep our-self too much busy.

5. Spiritual Level: Until and unless we do not accept spirituality in our life our life is not complete. Spirituality gives us strength to tolerate the situation & the same time see the good opportunity into it.

If we follow above 5 steps in our life, surely it will change our life and we can live a very happy life.
