We should always see our happiness in others

There is an old saying, if you want to see yourself happy then you must try to make others happy. That was the only reason people used to live an era where they were no worried at all because they used to see others worry and try to solve it.

There was one old saint who was living in a small temple. One day a person was going by the temple way. Old saint called asked that person to relax for sometime as there is very hot and go after when it is normal.

The person agreed and stayed at temple,  old saint immediately understood person is feeling hungry so he went to his kitchen and carried food for him.

Old saint gave food to that person, person thought why this stranger is very much pleasing to me? he must need something from me but as he was feeling hungry he ate the food.

But when he was going, he took few coins from his bag and asked that saint to take.

The old saint smiled and told to that person, My dear son, I don't need anything from you, as it is my duty to help you.

But then why you gave nice food to me?

Because I wanted to make you happy as you were feeling hungry, Saint replied.

And this is my daily duty to make others happy without even expecting anything in return from them.

Person got surprised to hear this and understood the formula of real happiness and it is, We should always see our happiness in others.
