International Yoga Day 2021

We all are celebrating International Yoga Day today. Actually Yoga is not a very new thing but it is an old concept and eternal in Bharat.

It may be new for the whole world but it is very much used in our Vedic Culture but we should appreciate people all over world they are at least understanding the value of Yoga.

But actually the true meaning of Yoga is to connect our-self to supreme (Lord Krishna - The Supreme Personality of Godhead), but now a days yoga is used to just maintain our body and mind. One term that is also good but we should not only focus on these things but to think beyond it.

As it is mentioned in Bhagwad Gita Chapter 6.47.

योगिनामपि सर्वेषां मद्ग‍तेनान्तरात्मना ।

श्रद्धावान्भजते यो मां स मे युक्ततमो मत: ॥ 6.47 ॥

And of all YogÄ«s, the one with great faith who always abides in Me, thinks of Me within himself and renders transcendental loving service to Me – he is the most intimately united with Me in yoga and is the highest of all. That is My opinion.

So, ultimate goal of all yogis should be to connect to Lord Krishna and in the age of Kali we can not practice all other yoga's except Chanting of Lord's holy name which is mentioned in our Vedic Scripture.

हरेर नाम हरेर नाम हरेर नमैव केवलं केलाउव नास्त्येव नास्त्येव नास्त्येव घाथिरन्याथा

In the age of Kali only Lord's holy name can protect us from all the danger no other things will help us.

So, we must take it very seriously as we do not have enough time to practice all other yoga's (Meditation, Ashtanga Yoga, Gyana Yoga etc), it is very simple to chant holy name of Lord at any time and anywhere and it's free, we do not have to pay any cost for it.

Chant

Hare Krishna Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna Hare Hare,

Hare Rama Hare Rama, Rama Rama Hare Hare.

& be happy.

Happy International Yoga Day 2021
