Remembering our great Acharya Srila Bhakti Sidhdhanta Sarswati Thakura

Today we are celebrating appearance day of our great Acharya His Divine Grace Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Sarwati Thakura.

Although Guru and Acharya has many qualities but Srila Bhakti Sidhdhanta Thakura is unique one, He brought revolution in Bhakti Yoga.

His intelligence, dedication, determination and love towards Krishna was always on high priority. He never compromises from his principles, by seeing them one can understood his power of Vedic knowledge.

There was a famous quote from His  Srila Bhakti Sidhdhanta Thakura, "Physical Illness with Hari-bhajana is preferred to physical fitness without Hari-bhajana".

Most of the people now a days are working so hard to maintain their body, but they forgot about their soul. Srila Bhakti Sidhdhanta Thakura quotes here, if we are physically unfit but even engaged in the service of Lrod Krishna is far better than being healthy and engaged in mundane activities.

Too much care of physical body is like caring of cage more than parrot inside. If we think we only care of cage and clean and polish it everyday but forgot to feed parrot inside then what will happen?

One day parrot will die due to hunger. Here caring of parrot is more important than caring of cage. We must understand this body is temporary like other living bodies, if we are too much attached and forgot our eternal soul then we are killing our soul.

Following the foot steps of Srila Bhakti Sidhdhanta Thakura, we are seeking their blessing to keep engage our-self in the service of Lord Krishna in any circumstance.

Srila Bhakti Sidhdhanta Thakura Prabhupada ki jai.

Hare Krishna!!!

Life is a preparation, death is an examination

We participate in so many exams in our life, and get the results as per our preparation for that exams. But most of the exams we have option, whether to attempt it or not? But there is one exam in our life which we may ignore saying we will see when it would come in our life, but we all have to attempt we don't have any choice, whether we are poor,  rich,  educated or illiterate. Srila Prabhupada used to say, this life is our preparation how we are preparing our-self for coming exam.  Because that exam has no prior time table, no time period, no grace marks, and no cheat sheet allowed. And you may be surprise to know, all our activities are recorded by Yamduta for our each and every moments with evidence. Yes, Yamduta will show your answer sheet and you can review it, whether he has marked you in correct way or not? You are successful, if you are passed your exams but if you are failed then you don't know when you will have to reattempt that exam (it could be after 84 laces bir

Depression vs Satisfaction

There are two types of people live in this world, one who live a satisfied life and one who goes into depression when something goes wrong in their life. A satisfied person can stay happy all the time in any circumstances but a person who looks for sense pleasure and thinks sense objects is going to give happiness to me always goes into depression, if he does not get pleasure from an objects or person. And the secret of satisfactions is to see opportunity in every aspects whether it is success or failure. Many of us become happy when we get success but become sad when failure comes in our life. We must remember one thing, in our life success and failure is not going to stay forever with anyone. A very successful person has to face even failure sometimes in his life. A satisfied person knows it very well, that is why he does not goes in to depression for his failure but he learn from it and move on. A very beautiful quotes by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, "Don't read success stories, yo

Be Humble - Time can change everything

When we get name, fame and power we puffed by the false ego and become arrogant to the people and think no one is greater than me. But our history says, who were arrogant, time has collapsed all of them. None of us can say, I can beat the time and can go against it. We all are under control of Time as Lord Krishna has already stated in the Bhagwad Gita (I am the time and eveything is under my control). But due to our false ego we do not accept this fact become arrogant with other people instead of becoming humble with them. Who was "King of Good times" now became "King of bad times", so easily we can understand time make us King or Beggar. So we should be always being humble with the people in our Good times and take blessings from them for our bad times, but we do exactly opposite of it, we become arrogant in Good times and seek for blessings in our bad times. But what is the use of it, when you hurt someone, you lose sympathy from that person's heart.
