Benefits of Rising early

It is said that, Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy wealthy and wise.

This statement is very much true and make impact on our lives, in current age people are very much following the western culture as eating late, watching TV while going to sleep and waking up after sun rise.

There are still many people who stay in village sleep early and get up early at 4 a.m they took bath do some daily sadhana (austerity)  and go for their regular work and that's the reason they feel refreshed whole day.

But majority city people think, sleeping late and waking up late is a sign of advancement but if we see the results of this bad habits more than 75 percent of people are suffering from dangerous diseases.

Here we are going to see what benefits we get when we wake up early:

1. No laziness: It has been proven person who wakes up in Brahma Muhurta between 4.30 to 5 a. m  feel fresh whole day it is just because Brahma Muhurta gives lots of energy and power to our Body and Mind.

That is the main reason why sages start their sadhana in early morning.

2. Full Concentration: It's very difficult to people concentrate because mind keeps wandering here and there due to surrounding and happening around us.  But when we wake up early environment looks silent and no distractions at all and that is the right time we can train our mind to concentrate on particular thing.

3. Healthy Vibrations: Brahma Muhurta is known to be a healthy environment because that's the time when nature gives full benefits to its living entities. That's why we see birds starts chirping and we feel fresh and healthy air in environment and that gives our body, mind and soul a healthy vibration.

Apart from that there are so many benefits of waking up early, it's little difficult but one who thinks to get benefit of all above definitely never lose this opportunity.

But it is not so easy to wake up in the morning in current situation where we are fully surrounded by electronic gadgets and many more things.

Here we have to follow some tips to wake up in the morning, it may be little difficult in initial but surely work when we take it seriously.

1. Avoid heavy meal: As per our Vedic scripture taking heavy meals in the night should be avoided and if eat too much then our body become lazy and we won't be able to wake up in the morning. So avoid heavy meals and try to eat as earliest as possible.

2. Keep your electronic gadgets away: Avoid your phones keeping with you while sleeping, either keep it switch off or keep on silent and away from you. Because we don't know but it is major distractions in our daily sleeping routine.

3. Don;t think of tomorrow: Avoid overthink of future, while sleeping do not think of what will happen tomorrow? Instead keep prayer to Lord for the day and close your eyes and try to meditate on lord or chant Lord's holy names and this way you will get peaceful sleep.

If we follow these for at least 21 days, surely it will change our habit to waking up in the morning and feel better.

Hare Krishna.
