Are you living in present?

It is considered that a child lives a very happy life because he lives in present but a youth lives in future and an old person lives in past that is why they both live a miserable life.

We should a learn a meaningful lesson from child that we should always live in present, we should not be too much worried about future and too much grief about past.

Future and Past are not in our control, we can not change our past and can not predict about our future, what is going to be happen next in our life? So better we should focus on our present, which is under our control and if we think of only present we can live a happy and blissful life.

For example, if a student think of it's past I am a very poor student and how can I pass my exam? And he started thinking this too much, what do you think, will it help him to make his future bright or change his past?

No, not at all. Rather than if he focus on his study and think of only present, definitely one day he can be a good student and make his future bright.

Now, the biggest questions is , how can we live in present they are so many things goes in our mind, here are few steps if we follow regular in our life it will help a lot:

1. Do not associate with dreaming people, who do not live in present

2. Always take time to start your work and finish it on time

3. While doing one task do not think of other one

4. Take deep breath and tell your mind, I am going to do this task now, don't try disturb me

5. Although your mind will disturb you but instead of thinking of anything bring your mind back to your current work

6. Not all things are going to work as per our own wish, so let it be

7. Instead of spending lot of time with electronic gadgets read spiritual books and associate with good people

8. Do not talk unnecessary

9. Live a simple and healthy life

10. Do not get carried away in the influence of electronics media and fashions

If you follow above steps surely one day you started living in present.

Hare Krishna!!!

Nectar in the beginning but Poison in end

He was young and belonging from rich family, he entered into the compartment and seated next to me.  Long and stylist hair, branded watch on wrist, iPhone in hand but he was loosing his control. Started abusing someone on phone and shouting out very louder, people was looking at him.  He was fully drunken and started vomiting, people thrown out him out of train and he slayed down at platform. Story is not over yet, I was thinking is this our modern education we are providing to our children and in the name of facilities we are giving them huge money, branded gadgets, but being an guarding do we ever try to esquire what they do and, which type of association they keep?  Once these things comes in their hands they start thinking, no one is greater than me and due to false ego they disrespect elder people.  But one thing they forget, disrespecting elder people only harmful to them because elderly people only teach them morality and good lesson. And being an elder person...
