Why Draupadi married with 5 husbands?

People keep doubt in our scriptures who do not go through it, to clear our doubt we have to read our scriptures nicely then we will come to know the exact cause of everything.

Here few people ask if Draupadi can marry to five husbands, why not a normal woman can do?

But if we go to our scripture in deep we see Draupadi was not an ordinary woman. There was big misunderstanding between King Drupad and Dronacharya and Drupad wanted to take revenge from Dronacharya and for that he performed a great sacrifice.

By his first offering Dhristhyadumnya was born and by the second offering Draupadi was born.

There was big swamvar where Draupadi can chose her husband with condition who can pierce eye of the fish looking under the reflection in water pot which is moving continuously.

Kings from all across the world present over there but none of them were able to do it, so finally Pandvas who were in dress of Brahmins due to fear from Duryodhana, Arjuna did it.

When Pandvas came back to their place mother Kunti was busy in her prayers and King Yudhishthira asked, mother we have brought special gift for you, please have a look.

Mother Kunti immediately replied without even seeing as usually she used to reply, whatever you have brought share it in equal parts.

Now when Kunti Mahrani saw she is a beautiful lady, But king Yudhishthira wanted to keep words of her mother and then he accepted whatever decision you have taken is good for us.

But father of Draupadi King Drupada was not convinced from it but when Vyasdeva explained King Drupada, Draupadi in her previous birth prays to Lord Shiva to obtain an elevated husband. Since she asked Lord Shiva 5 times, Lord Shiva appeared and told you would have 5 husbands.

Later Vyasdeva explained to King Drupad these Pandvas are not an ordinary human being but demi gods and then King Drupad agreed, it is plan of higher authroity and accepted it as it is.

Here we can see why Draupadi married with five Pandvas, it is not an ordinary things and nor for an ordinary human being to immitate it.

Life is a preparation, death is an examination

We participate in so many exams in our life, and get the results as per our preparation for that exams. But most of the exams we have option, whether to attempt it or not? But there is one exam in our life which we may ignore saying we will see when it would come in our life, but we all have to attempt we don't have any choice, whether we are poor,  rich,  educated or illiterate. Srila Prabhupada used to say, this life is our preparation how we are preparing our-self for coming exam.  Because that exam has no prior time table, no time period, no grace marks, and no cheat sheet allowed. And you may be surprise to know, all our activities are recorded by Yamduta for our each and every moments with evidence. Yes, Yamduta will show your answer sheet and you can review it, whether he has marked you in correct way or not? You are successful, if you are passed your exams but if you are failed then you don't know when you will have to reattempt that exam (it could be after 84 laces bir

Depression vs Satisfaction

There are two types of people live in this world, one who live a satisfied life and one who goes into depression when something goes wrong in their life. A satisfied person can stay happy all the time in any circumstances but a person who looks for sense pleasure and thinks sense objects is going to give happiness to me always goes into depression, if he does not get pleasure from an objects or person. And the secret of satisfactions is to see opportunity in every aspects whether it is success or failure. Many of us become happy when we get success but become sad when failure comes in our life. We must remember one thing, in our life success and failure is not going to stay forever with anyone. A very successful person has to face even failure sometimes in his life. A satisfied person knows it very well, that is why he does not goes in to depression for his failure but he learn from it and move on. A very beautiful quotes by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, "Don't read success stories, yo

Be Humble - Time can change everything

When we get name, fame and power we puffed by the false ego and become arrogant to the people and think no one is greater than me. But our history says, who were arrogant, time has collapsed all of them. None of us can say, I can beat the time and can go against it. We all are under control of Time as Lord Krishna has already stated in the Bhagwad Gita (I am the time and eveything is under my control). But due to our false ego we do not accept this fact become arrogant with other people instead of becoming humble with them. Who was "King of Good times" now became "King of bad times", so easily we can understand time make us King or Beggar. So we should be always being humble with the people in our Good times and take blessings from them for our bad times, but we do exactly opposite of it, we become arrogant in Good times and seek for blessings in our bad times. But what is the use of it, when you hurt someone, you lose sympathy from that person's heart.
