World Children day: message to all parent

We celebrated world children day on 20th Nov 2020, but children are not just for a single day. They are our future and they must be treated in such a way to get a good education, discipline, responsibility and culture.

Srila Prabhupda started Gurukula in foreign country although he built so many temples over there but He knew, children can not be neglected, they must get good education. And Gurukula is the only system where a child can nourish properly.

Children are like a wet mud, if we shape them in very early age as Prahlad Mahraj has already stated in Srimad Bhagwatam:

श्रीप्रह्राद उवाच

कौमार आचरेत्प्राज्ञो धर्मान्भागवतानिह ।

दुर्लभं मानुषं जन्म तदप्यध्रुवमर्थदम् ॥ 7.6.1 ॥

Prahlāda Mahārāja said: One who is sufficiently intelligent should use the human form of body from the very beginning of life — in other words, from the tender age of childhood — to practice the activities of devotional service, giving up all other engagements. The human body is most rarely achieved, and although temporary like other bodies, it is meaningful because in human life one can perform devotional service. Even a slight amount of sincere devotional service can give one complete perfection.

Srila Prabhupada was very much concerned about children, he wrote so many letters to guardian, how to take care of children.

Here are few, where we can see how much he was worried about caring of children and their future:

"Please take care of your children and make them perfectly Krishna Conscious. That is very great service. If by your endeavor one or two souls who come under your protection become liberated in this life, that is a great transcendental service to the Lord."

Gurukula is our most important project. If the children are given a Krishna Conscious education from early childhood then there is great hope for the future of the world."

"Regarding your question should force be used on children, no, there shall be no forcing the children to do anything. Child should not be forced. This is all nonsense. Who has devised these things? If we want them to become great devotees, then we must educate the children with love, not in a negative way."

If you want your child to be really successful in life, then don't save money for them instead give them proper education.

Nectar in the beginning but Poison in end

He was young and belonging from rich family, he entered into the compartment and seated next to me.  Long and stylist hair, branded watch on wrist, iPhone in hand but he was loosing his control. Started abusing someone on phone and shouting out very louder, people was looking at him.  He was fully drunken and started vomiting, people thrown out him out of train and he slayed down at platform. Story is not over yet, I was thinking is this our modern education we are providing to our children and in the name of facilities we are giving them huge money, branded gadgets, but being an guarding do we ever try to esquire what they do and, which type of association they keep?  Once these things comes in their hands they start thinking, no one is greater than me and due to false ego they disrespect elder people.  But one thing they forget, disrespecting elder people only harmful to them because elderly people only teach them morality and good lesson. And being an elder person...
