Work to learn, don't just work to earn

There is saying, learning is more important than earning. That is very much suitable for every individual, most of the people only concern about earning but not learning.

But at point of time if you stop learning you only work for your organization, not for your personal growth.

Whatever position you are there is a lot of scope to learn,  but one thing we must know, to learn something from someone we must be honest and humble.

People who think, why should I learn if I get paid for every month without learning anything new?

But communication skill, leadership skill, and etiquette, these are the area where we can spend our whole life to learn, but there is no end of learning.

Do not just simply work hard but learn to know how to do smart work.

Every knowledge and skills add some benefits in our life, whether that point of time we use it or not but it will be useful for our future.

So, wherever you get time and relevant person learn from them and show your gratitude towards them.

Even you have scope to learn from a office peon, I remember one of my office boy who taught me a lesson, how can I save my daily 10 rupees by polishing my shoe by our own instead of polishing it outside.

If we go and take example from our Vedic scripture, Dattatreya Mahraj accepted 24 spirtual masters in their life. Here are the lists of it, earth, air, sky, water, fire, moon, sun, pigeon and python; the sea, moth, honeybee, elephant and honey thief; the deer, the fish, the dancing girl Pingala, the kurari bird and the child; the young girl, arrow maker, serpent, spider and wasp.

So, don't stop learning wherever or whoever it is, if you get good lesson and skills let's grab it and utilize it in your life.

Please feel free to share your feedback/comments.
