Learn to live life not for pleasure but for the right purpose

There was a student he always used to think if I get this I can enjoy my life. And he started his life towards pleasure & started dealing with everything and everyone for the same reason.

He went abroad for higher study & thought, once he get the higher degree his life will me more joyful.

He achieved his degree and got a good job, but his life even feel lack of something and there is no permanent pleasure what was looking for since long time.

Finally he married with a young girl thinking she might help to make his life more beautiful. But after sometime they started fighting with each others and he made his life more painful.

This is the story of all of us, we all are expecting pleasure in our life from something or someone, but unfortunately we don't know the reality that life is not meant for pleasure but for the right purpose.

If we have right purpose in our life although we feel lack of something we can live a very happy and peaceful life. But if we only concern about our own pleasure then definitely we have not understood the real meaning of life.

In Srimad Bhagwatam King Parikshit was cursed by Rishi Shringi, he will die by snake within 7 days. Even Parikshit Maharaj got to know this thing but he did not do anything to protect himself.

Although he was capable to do everything to protect himself. But he was not living his life for pleasure but for right purpose and somehow he got right purpose to live his seven days for service of Krishna.

And everyone knows about Parikshit Mahraja, the great personality whom we still remember for his great achievement and right purpose to hear Srimad Bhagwatam from Srila Shukdev Gowswami.

In our life also, we must see right purpose not pleasure. And our right purpose is to know Krishna to make our life successful at end.
