Literacy rate of India is increasing as per survey year on year but only we are getting is information not knowledge.
There is a huge difference between information and knowledge. Knowledge leads us towards service. Only core information is not sufficient for any human being.
Its our responsibility towards society, whatever knowledge we get we must utilize it for service to help others. If we are not sharing our knowledge to others then we are miser.
It's our duty to share our good thoughts and knowledge towards other and help to lift our society.
If you want yourself to be happy then share your knowledge to others to make them happy. But if you think why should I go and help others if I am capable to help myself. Then it is a symbol of false ego and real knowledge never makes us egoistic.
Srila Prabhupada always used to tell, In morning read Srimad Bhagwatam and In evening read Bhagwad Gita & in middle do your service accordingly, that is called spiritual sandwich.
