Depression, Tension and Frustration

If you want to keep away these three things from your life and want to live a peaceful life, then you have to deal from electronic gadgets very carefully.

As we all know science is curse and boon also, if we use it in proper way then it is boon otherwise it is biggest curse for us.

Here are few points, if we follow in your life while dealing with electronic gadgets then we can keep away from Depression, Frustration and Tension.

Don't keep yourself free all time for electronic gadgets: These gadgets are an instrument for us to just use whenever it required. But often we see we don't use gadgets rather than Gadgets uses us.

Try to keep away sometimes: We have made our habits we can not live without these electronic gadgets, but this is bad symptoms for our mind and health. According to the survey, people are too much addicted to gadgets, if they don't get something new in it they become frustrate.

Understand reality vs Imaginary: Now a days people spent more than half of the time on electronic gadgets, they have no connection with real world but they live their life in imagination. But we know artificial life can not be sustainable in real world.

There is no free lunch: Some companies gives free data usage but we must understand there is no free lunch in this world. If we try to use something free then our time is the cost and that is very much valuable to us. Srila Prabhupada used to say, time is so precious if you gives thousand dollar to someone but you can not get back your one moment back.
