Three things require to focus on our Goal

 Bhagwad Gita is the first motivational message to Arjuna on the battlefield spoken by Lord Krishna.

No one is capable to motivate any person who are already going through the tough situation. But in that situation also Lord Krishna motivated and prepared Arjuna to fight, where Arjuna was supposed to leave the battle field.

Basically three major things required to keep focus on our Goal. In Bhagwad Gita 2.41.

व्यवसायात्मिका बुद्धिरेकेह कुरूनन्दन ।

बहुशाखा ह्यनन्ताश्च बुद्धयोऽव्यवसायिनाम् ॥ 2.41 ॥

Those who are on this path are resolute in purpose, and their aim is one. O beloved child of the Kurus, the intelligence of those who are irresolute is many-branched.

In above shloka three main things are;

Vyavasāya: Always keep one target

Atmikā:  Be convinced about the goal

Buddhiḥ: Apply your full intelligence in it

So, the person who keep one target and fully focus on it by his intelligence  can achieve the target that is for sure but the person who keep changing his goal and not fully convinced about it and apply his intelligence in multi direction can never be successful.

So,  when you want to achieve the goal always remember three things.
