How to Conquer Stress?

Stress is natural and it should be there else we won't be responsible for anything in our life. If we don't take stress of our study, job and business we will be careless for what we do and somewhere we will be failure in future.

But too much stress in our life can destroy everything and our life will be miserable, unfortunately now a days students, working professionals, business professional are taking too much stress and anxiety result they are not living peacefully.

The cause of our stress is lack of spirituality, one can ask how can spirituality needed to conquer stress?

Spirituality give us power to balance our self at the time of stress, most of the people don't follow spirituality and when stress comes in their life they collapsed.

There are few things we must remember in our life to conquer stress:

1. Give yourself sometimes for chanting, meditation and scripture reading 

2. Live a simple and easy life 

3. Life is a journey, enjoy every phase of it

4. When situation goes wrong and you can not do anything, simply wait and watch 

5. You are not the controller, you are simply an instrument in the hands of God

He was young and belonging from rich family, he entered into the compartment and seated next to me.  Long and stylist hair, branded watch on wrist, iPhone in hand but he was loosing his control. Happiness is inversely proportional to our requirements

Today's culture is to accumulate things more and more to become happy, people think how much we fulfill our requirements that much we will be happy. The whole world is producing a new-new things everyday on the demand of people. We see our consumption are never ending, that is why there is a big problem in supply and demand equation. People need more and supply is less in proportion to their demands. But in ancient time it was not there people were having very less requirements to live their life, even they were full of resources.
