Today We are celebrating the appearance day of Hanuman Ji a great and very humble devotee of Lord Rama. It is said that, if you want to get rid from miseries of this birth and death cycle you have to surrender yourself to lotus feet of Lord Rama and before that you have to take permission from Hanuman Ji. Without Hanuman ji sanction you can not reach to Lord Rama.
It's a very rare in the person where power and humbleness can be together, but this unique quality make Hanuman ji a great devotee of Lord Rama even there are so many in the lines.
We can see by so many incident where Hanuman ji proved his humbleness, When Hanuman ji reached at Lanka and started convincing Ravana to return Mother Sita otherwise you will be the cause of your whole destruction and Ravana became so angry and asked his ministers to kill Hauman Ji.
But Hauman ji tolerated everything and just waited for signal of Sri Ram Chandra when Lord Ram Chandra gave His Signals (by radio frequency) then Hanuman ji showed his anger by burning whole Lanka but before doing that He waited for Lord Rama's permission.
After burning Lanka when he return back to mother Sita and asked mother Sita, I can take you back along with me no one can stop me but I don't have permission from Lord Rama, I have only permission to find out you. Although Hanuman Ji could do that very easily but He wanted to glorify Lord Rama and this way he back from Lanka without mother Sita.
And finally we see when Hauman Ji back to Lord Rama from Lanka and tell about mother Sita, Lord Rama try to glorify Hanuma ji but Hanuman Ji fall down in the Lotus feet of Lord Rama filled tears in his eyes and said,
सो सब तव प्रताप रघुराई। नाथ न कछू मोरि प्रà¤ुताई॥
My Dear Lord this is all because of your mercy there is nothing great work I have done.
We can see crossing that ocean was a very big challenge and entering into Lanka was even more but Hanuman ji did it and Hanuman ji do not take credit of all these instead He give it to Lord Rama.
So, we can learn from Hauman ji, If we are humble then all other qualities automatically comes to us and Lord Rama will be pleased from us. But when we get some power we become arrogant and think that power is achieved by me, and I can do whatever I wish to do and no one can stop me.
Power is given by the Lord and it should be used for right cause when we start using it for own benefit and try to misuse it, we lose everything.
On this auspicious day we pray to Hauman Ji to make us humble like Him so we can be free from false ego and serve devotees and Lord Rama in a better way.
