Life's problems are like holding the Glass

In classroom Professor asked to his students, "Can you guess weight of this glass?"
Student replied, "It may be 100 gms."
Professor replied, "That's good". and what if I hold it for an hour?
Student replied, "Sir, you feel little pain in your hand."
Professor replied, "That's true". and what if I hold it for whole day?
Student replied, "Sir, it will freeze your hand and you feel more pain."

Professor asked, "But do you think weight of the glass got change during this time of process?

Student replied, "No Sir, weight of the glass is still same."

Then what was the cause of pain in my hand as the weight of the glass was remain same? Professor asked?

There were no answer in whole class.

Professor told to the students, "My dear students, weight of the glass is still same but the reason behind my pain is I was holding the glass for long time and if I keep it down I can feel relax."

Our life problems are exactly the same, if we hold our problems for an hour it will disturb us little but if we hold it for a day it will disturb little more and if we hold it for days then we goes into depression and this way we won't be able to do anything.

It is important to think of the challenges or problems in our life, But even more important is to put them down at the end of every day before we go to sleep.

So, when we start our next day we can think from our fresh mind without holding glass of problems from our previous day.

Life is full of problems and everyone has to face it but thinking on the same problem will not give us the solution instead keep your head cool and take it easy. Problems are not going to go away from your life it's part of our life, if you solve one there are many in the que.

In Bhagwad Gita Chapter 8.15 Lord Krishna has already declared about this world and its problems.

मामुपेत्य पुनर्जन्म दु:खालयमशाश्वतम् ।
नाप्‍नुवन्ति महात्मान: संसिद्धिं परमां गता: ॥ १५ ॥

After attaining Me, the great souls, who are yogīs in devotion, never return to this temporary world, which is full of miseries, because they have attained the highest perfection.
