Learning Lessons from Tree

While Krishna were playing with His cowherd boys enjoying their childhood pastimes they reached under one tree. Krishna immediately told to one of His friends, "Do you know these trees are very great and they only give to us never expect anything from us." Krishna further explains about the many qualities of the trees and how a human being can also learn and live happy life.

Here few things we can learn from the tree and make our life happy and peaceful.

Grow with deep Root: We see, the tree never changes its root, but it changes its leaves. Its root goes deeper into deeper so it can be more strong. Changing the leaves can not harm to the tree, but changing the root can make the tree dead. The same way our Scriptures, Traditions, Love and Faith are our roots if we try to change it then we will be dead.

Be Internally Connected: Each tree are internally connected with each others one root goes inside the earth and bind other roots of the tree tightly so they can prevent themselves from earthquakes and other disasters. Same way if we are internally connected with each others no other problems can shake us, but if kept our-self lonely then definitely a slow wind can harm us.
Srila Prabhupada used to tell, "United we stand, divided we fall." When we internally connect with each others our problems look very small and we can easily handle it.

Accept the changes: Tree goes through many changes in its life i.e. Spring, Summer, Winter and autumn but it accepts and move on. They knew it very well this time will pass soon. In our life too we goes through many changes, but we immediately react why its happening to me instead of accepting it. Changes are going to come in our life and if we will not accept it we can only blame others and cry but instead if we face the changes then surely we shine.

Support each Other: We see creepers needs support to grow so they take help of the tree, so it's responsibility of a tree to support creepers to grow under its protection. We also can learn the supportive nature by tree, if we support others, others will support us.

Have Patience: Tree has more patience, they bear sun's heat, heavy rains, cyclone, but they still they calm down. We should learn we must be patient in all the situation if we tolerate the situation, then the definitely mercy of God will shower on us.

Be Flexible: Tree makes them flexible when winds come towards them and after they come to their original state. The same way our behavior should be there while dealing with others, we must be flexible, it's not that all the time situation will be under your favor.

Be Humble: The weights of the fruits cause the tree to bow down to everyone. A person who has character, morality, spirituality offer respect to the divinity, the spiritual essence within everyone, everywhere. And a person who doesn’t have that character very egoistically thinks I am higher, greater than others. So we must learn humbly humbleness from the tree.

Forgive Others: Either you beat, you keep throwing dirt, you shout you will not get any response from the tree. That nature is called forgiveness, we must learn it to forgive others.

Nectar in the beginning but Poison in end

He was young and belonging from rich family, he entered into the compartment and seated next to me.  Long and stylist hair, branded watch on wrist, iPhone in hand but he was loosing his control. Started abusing someone on phone and shouting out very louder, people was looking at him.  He was fully drunken and started vomiting, people thrown out him out of train and he slayed down at platform. Story is not over yet, I was thinking is this our modern education we are providing to our children and in the name of facilities we are giving them huge money, branded gadgets, but being an guarding do we ever try to esquire what they do and, which type of association they keep?  Once these things comes in their hands they start thinking, no one is greater than me and due to false ego they disrespect elder people.  But one thing they forget, disrespecting elder people only harmful to them because elderly people only teach them morality and good lesson. And being an elder person...

Depression vs Satisfaction

There are two types of people live in this world, one who live a satisfied life and one who goes into depression when something goes wrong in their life. A satisfied person can stay happy all the time in any circumstances but a person who looks for sense pleasure and thinks sense objects is going to give happiness to me always goes into depression, if he does not get pleasure from an objects or person. And the secret of satisfactions is to see opportunity in every aspects whether it is success or failure. Many of us become happy when we get success but become sad when failure comes in our life. We must remember one thing, in our life success and failure is not going to stay forever with anyone. A very successful person has to face even failure sometimes in his life. A satisfied person knows it very well, that is why he does not goes in to depression for his failure but he learn from it and move on. A very beautiful quotes by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, "Don't read success stories, yo...
