Decades before there was a famous dialogue from the film, "Agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaaho to puri kayanat usey tumse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai." became very popular and people used to keep trying in their lives may be it's true. And it became so popular evern most of the motivational speaker started using this dialogue in their speech to convince their audience, if you wish something and keep thinking of that thing all the time that thing will be yours after some time.
Do you think if it is going to work then if everyone started desiring and thinking they must get the things but how many of they get their desires fulfilled hardly 1 or 2 out of 100. So that is not 100 percent correct theory, if you desire some thing then this nature will help you to get the things.
In Bhagwad Gita Chapter 5.13 to 5.16 it is deeply explained how our desires get fulfilled.
Actually there is a science behind it, there are three doers applicable to fulfill our desires:
1.Living Being (Doer No.1): Living being can only desire but it's out of their control whether it get fulfill or not.
2.Nature (Doer No.2): Once Living being desire nature facilitates according to their desire.
3.Super Soul (Doer No.3): After nature their is a final doer who sanction our desire whether to accept or reject.
So, here we can see we are not the only one who desire and fulfill our desire with the help of Nature but it finally sanctioned by the Super Soul (GOD), without His sanction no one can fulfill their desires.
And God give sanction only on the basis of qualification of living being. But finally Law of Karma applies on us whether it's result will be good or bad.
For example if we wish to have car and thinking of car all the time then nature will support us with the people who can help us to buy the car and let's say God also sanctioned it and now you have your own Car.
You are now enjoying with your new Car but after few days it got a big accident and car got completely damaged and you also injured so much in it. So, it's only you who are suffering the result of Karma by your desire there is no Nature and God comes under the law of Karma.
There are two things one is Preyas- what we think it's good for me and second is Shreyas- what is actually good for me.
So, if you want to desire something, pray to God, "Oh Lord, I am not mature to understand what is right and what is wrong but you know its better than me so let me not desire anything but you give me what you think good for me?
