Five main reasons of our Suffering

In this world, everyone has some problem someone can have family problem, someone can have a business problem, someone can have financial problem, so nobody can say I don't have problems in my life. One thing we must accept we cannot keep away ourselves away from problems as "Problem is the Part of life, but handling problem is the Art of life".

I am sharing you one short story. There was one person who was always worried about his problems and to find out the solutions he went to one Sadhu (Sage).

He told to Sadhu about all problems of his life and analyzing his problems Sadhu told to that person, "Can you do one favor for me?"

He agreed and told to Sadhu, "What I have to do?" Sadhu told, "I have around 100 camels and can you just keep watch tonight with all of them not to stand."

The man agreed and stay that night at Sadhu's place and started monitoring each and every camel so they cannot stand, but he tries one camel to sit but other stand and finally he tired and sit at one place and suddenly he saw all the camels sitting properly without even his effort.

So the next morning when Sadhu asked that person, "How was your night?" and person told his entire story of his previous night and then Sadhu asked for that person, "What did you understand about it?"

The man replied, "I got my answer, in our life, not all the problems can be solved, some problems automatically get solved without even our efforts."

So, the moral of the above story is most of the problems we take it very seriously, although it might not be so big and some problems we create from our own and always keep ourselves in pressure and anxiety and that is the main reason of our suffering.

Here we are going to see what are the five major things which gives suffering to us:

1. Perfection: First of all we must accept being a human being we are not perfect because our senses are imperfect and from imperfect senses we cannot do anything perfectly. But all the time we want everything should be perfect and if it is not then we become depressed. So, let's accept this, in my life, not something is not going to be perfect and move on.

2. Controller: We try to control everything and if something goes beyond our control we started crying. So, let's accept this, we are not the controller and something can go against us so let it go and be calm.

3. Enjoyer: We always think if I do this I get enjoyment out of it and sometimes if we don't get we get frustrated. Let's accept the truth, we are not the enjoy-er and not every time I get enjoyment from the person or objects sometimes it will give us frustration too.

4. Expectation: We expect something from others and if we don't get we get disturbed, so the problem is not in that person but in our expectation. So, Expectation bring a lot of misery in our life. So, let's do not expect anything from anyone and see how our life will be peaceful.

5. Making everybody Happy: You can't keep everybody happy, you can try, but it is not possible to make everyone happy many of the people will not accept you the way you are. So, let's understand this fact also we can try our best, but it is not in our hands to make everyone happy. And if people become unhappy we become also sad.

I hope if we follow these five points in our lives, definitely we can avoid most of the sufferings in our life.

Nectar in the beginning but Poison in end

He was young and belonging from rich family, he entered into the compartment and seated next to me.  Long and stylist hair, branded watch on wrist, iPhone in hand but he was loosing his control. Started abusing someone on phone and shouting out very louder, people was looking at him.  He was fully drunken and started vomiting, people thrown out him out of train and he slayed down at platform. Story is not over yet, I was thinking is this our modern education we are providing to our children and in the name of facilities we are giving them huge money, branded gadgets, but being an guarding do we ever try to esquire what they do and, which type of association they keep?  Once these things comes in their hands they start thinking, no one is greater than me and due to false ego they disrespect elder people.  But one thing they forget, disrespecting elder people only harmful to them because elderly people only teach them morality and good lesson. And being an elder person...

Depression vs Satisfaction

There are two types of people live in this world, one who live a satisfied life and one who goes into depression when something goes wrong in their life. A satisfied person can stay happy all the time in any circumstances but a person who looks for sense pleasure and thinks sense objects is going to give happiness to me always goes into depression, if he does not get pleasure from an objects or person. And the secret of satisfactions is to see opportunity in every aspects whether it is success or failure. Many of us become happy when we get success but become sad when failure comes in our life. We must remember one thing, in our life success and failure is not going to stay forever with anyone. A very successful person has to face even failure sometimes in his life. A satisfied person knows it very well, that is why he does not goes in to depression for his failure but he learn from it and move on. A very beautiful quotes by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, "Don't read success stories, yo...
