Be Humble - Time can change everything

When we get name, fame and power we puffed by the false ego and become arrogant to the people and think no one is greater than me. But our history says, who were arrogant, time has collapsed all of them.

None of us can say, I can beat the time and can go against it. We all are under control of Time as Lord Krishna has already stated in the Bhagwad Gita (I am the time and eveything is under my control). But due to our false ego we do not accept this fact become arrogant with other people instead of becoming humble with them.

Who was "King of Good times" now became "King of bad times", so easily we can understand time make us King or Beggar.

So we should be always being humble with the people in our Good times and take blessings from them for our bad times, but we do exactly opposite of it, we become arrogant in Good times and seek for blessings in our bad times. But what is the use of it, when you hurt someone, you lose sympathy from that person's heart.

Being a humble person we can achieve so much blessings from the elders but being arrogant we can only get cursed.

In Ramayana when Vibhishana left Lanka and came into the shelter of Lord Rama. Lord Rama immediately accepted Vibhishana without even thinking of he is the brother of my greatest enemy, even all others were telling Lord Rama to catch him, he might be spy and has come to check our power.

But Lord Rama smiled and said, Whatever he is but in my eyes, he is very humble and I cannot refuse to take shelter of the humble person like him.

Tulsidas Baba has already mentioned in Shri Ram Charita Manasa qualities of getting love of God:

निर्मल मन जन सो मोहि पावा, मोहि कपट छल छिद्र न भावा ।

And Lord Rama immediately gave Lanka to Vibhishana even without killing Ravana. And Vibhishana was surprised to see, whether I am dreaming or this is really happening with me.

So we can see here Ravana who acquired Lanka and wanted to enjoy thousands of wives and kidnapped mother Sita also and after so many suggestions he refused to return mother Sita due to his false ego and finally he has to give up all his power, strength and fame.

But being a humble person like Vibhishana, who has never thought in his mind, I might be the king of Lanka immediately became king of Lanka after meeting Lord Rama within fraction of time.

Here we can see, how time can change everything.

So if we are humble either our time is Good or Bad does not matter.
