How to discover purpose of our life?

We all are centered on something; some people keep money in center and if money goes up, they make themselves happy and if it goes down make them miserable. Some keep relationship in center and the same thing happen if it goes deeper, they become happy and if it breaks then they become miserable.

In today’s world everyone is moving so fast that they don't know where exactly they are going? If someone ask them the Goal of their life, they don't know what they want in their life?

So basically, today we are going to discuss about "Purpose of our life" and how to discover it?

Either you are man/woman, student/employee, Indian/Foreigner, Rich/Poor but one thing we all are seeking for is Happiness. And finally, we want it eternal.

One day I met one boy while distributing Bhagwat Gita and I asked him, what you do? He told me; I am doing job at Call Center. I asked him what is the aim of your life? He replied me, to make money and fulfill our requirements. I asked him to do you think, money will give you happiness for all time. He told me yes why not?

So, I asked him, can you give me any name which you know is very rich and happy? He scratched his head for some moment and told me so what you mean to say who has money is not happy?

I told him, No! I have never told like that. A happy person can have money, but money cannot make a person happy. So please understand this concept properly otherwise richest person would be the happiest person in this world but it is not like so.

First of all, we must understand it properly that objects can never give us happiness instead it gives us pain when it will go away. If our purpose of life is to just accumulate money, collects objects and trying to be happy then I am sorry to say but life will be more miserable.

So, let us not focus on objects but keep our focus on to be happy in any circumstances  with or without objects, do no make yourself conditional. Our life is not just made for only to give sense pleasure but to know the real purpose of it. Until and unless we will try to know the real purpose of life, we will never be happy.

So instead of being selfish be selfless, instead of demanding love give love to others, instead of finding fault in others be mentor and instead of loving body love Soul and this way you will definitely find the real purpose of life.

And till then we will not understand, we are not the body but soul we can not make ourselves happy. And once we get to know that our half of the problems get solved automatically.

So our purpose of life should be know who we are?  And how can we make ourselves happy? And that is the main purpose of any human being.

Thank you very much. Please share your feedback/comments.

Learning Lessons from Mother Sumitra

In this world mother and child relationship is above all the relations. The foremost responsibility of a mother is to place her child in a proper Krishna Consciousness environment by which he/she becomes pure devotee of the Lord. Often mothers blame for their children, they are not behaving well and they don't respect them at all but the reason behind this is how much we are doing for them. Being a parent means to sacrifice for children. In modern age mother has no time to care of her children and think they can give all kinds of facilities by just giving money. And when the child grows up and by the time he/she do not get the association of mother and teachings they become free to do what they want to do. Mother means to care for her children what they need and give love and teach them how to love and respect others. And if we think we just send our children to schools/colleges and they will be perfect in all so they cannot. Its the duty of the mother to give valuable time ...

Laxmana - The Hidden Hero of Ramayana

In our previous post we have already mentioned Ramayna is not an ordinary story but a complete learning lesson from each & every characters. Laxmana is one of the character of Ramayana, who was completely hide himself to glorify from others, and away from honor and dishonor. Laxmana teaches us how to maintain character, competency, selfless service, and equal in both the situation either you are praised or you are abused. If you have fixed your aim, then there is no question of disturbance what people say to you. But when we get into the deep of Ramayana and see the value of Laxmana, We see he was the hero after Lord Rama in the whole story. Laxmana represents  who carry out Laxmi with him and serve Lord Rama by his good will. Laxmana always eager to serve Lord Rama, when Lord Rama was about to go for exile for fourteen years Laxmana immediately stood up & ready to go along with Lord Rama although he was not asked to go to exile. Laxmana took vow, he will not sleep for four...

TIT for TAT OR Tolerate That

Many of the times we go through situations where we get confused what to do now? According to our Vedic Scriptures we should keep three things in our mind and accordingly react or respond on situations. If you can change it: Situations comes in your life or brought by some people and you know if it is completely against our religious principle, then you must stand against it and try to change the situations. When Hauman Ji reached in Lanka and Lankini the guard of Lanka tried to stop Him and because it was against the religious principle as his own master kidnapped others wife, Hanuman Ji punched on her mouth by His left hand and move on. Same way if you have power and know things are going against Dharma, you should change the situations else you have to suffer sinful reactions of it. If you can not change it: Sometimes situations are completely against us and we are not even able to change it then that time we must accept the situation and try to tolerate it.  You don't believe...
