Everyone has its own nature

Govind and Devendra was a neighbor and they were studying in same school.  Govind was little lazy and he always used to woke up in morning very late. And when he woke up he used to see, Devendra has finished his study and ready to go to school.
He always used to think, I will also wake up earlier than Devendra and I will finish my study earlier than him. This way he started waking up very early and studying and finish it before Govind wake up.
But after certain days he fall sick and his body became weak due to improper sleep. His parents visit to doctor and ask the reason. Doctor told to his parents, “As he is not a habit waking up early but due to sudden change of his nature his body not cope up it but if he will do it gradually it will be all right.”
His parent told to Govind, “My dear child you should not do anything all sudden, you should do it slowely-slowely then it be good for you.”
In Bhagwad Gita Chapter 3.33, Lord Krishna says to Arjuna:

सदृशं चेष्टते स्वस्याः प्रकृतेर्ज्ञानवानपि
प्रकृतिं यान्ति भूतानि निग्रहः किं करिष्यति ३३

Even a man of knowledge acts according to his own nature, for everyone follows the nature he has acquired from the three modes. What can repression accomplish?
