Anger is short form of Danger

There was a great King in northern state city of Mathura his name was Kamsa.  He was ruling his kingdom Mathura and He was very Angry and Cruel by nature people of his kingdom were not so happy but due to his angry nature nobody was willing to say something to him.
Kamsa was having a beautiful sister name as Devaki, he was very much affectionate with his sister.
When Devaki was aged to marry King Vasudev, Kamsa himself was the charioteer of Vasudeva and Devaki. But on the way there was an oracle to just warn Kamsa, you are foolish person Don’t you know the 8th child of Vasudeva and Devaki is going to kill you.
On listening this Kamsa immediately got angry and pulled Devaki down from chariot and trying to kill her immediately but Vasudev with his folded hand praised Kamsa not to kill Devaki and promised Kamsa I will give you all the born child to you as you are having danger with child not with Devaki.
Kamsa agreed but he was not a stable mind person, He asked his minister to keep Vasudev and Devaki in prison and keep watching both, once child born inform me immediately.
Everybody started praising Kamsa as Devaki is your loving sister you should not suppose to treat her like this, but due to anger his mid bewildered and due to this he lost his intelligence and he was not able to think of His own sister.

In Bhagwad Gita Chapter 2.63, Lord Krishna says to Arjuna:

क्रोधाद्भ‍वति सम्मोहः सम्मोहात्स्मृतिविभ्रमः ।
स्मृतिभ्रंशाद्बुद्धिनाशो बुद्धिनाशात्प्रणश्यति ॥ ६३ ॥
From anger, complete delusion arises, and from delusion bewilderment of memory. When memory is bewildered, intelligence is lost, and when intelligence is lost one falls down again into the material pool.
